VIP Saona Tour: what you visit
Your exact pickup time in Santo Domingo is confirmed the day before between 6:00 and 7:00 PM.
- Flamingo Beach: time to swim, take photos and enjoy.
- Mano Juan: visit to the fishing village and buffet lunch.
- Sea turtle sanctuary: a protected area, not an aquarium. Turtles are not guaranteed.

You spend about 1 hour and 30 minutes at each beach. The route depends on the day's conditions: with sargassum or bad weather, a stop may be replaced by Playa Abanico.

VIP Saona Tour: you can pay the full price when booking, or book by paying 50% online and the other 50% at pickup, in US dollars cash or by PayPal. Book at least one day ahead; same-day bookings are not accepted. Confirmation is required the day before by 5:00 PM: without it you cannot join the tour. Half of the price (50%) is non-refundable: if you cancel before 5:00 PM the day before and paid in full, the other 50% is refunded; if you paid 50%, there is no refund. You can change the date until 5:00 PM the day before, subject to availability. If you do not show up or do not let us know in time, there is no refund (this applies to full and partial absences). Will I see turtles and starfish?
The sea turtle sanctuary is a protected area, not an aquarium: you will only see turtles if they are there that day, so they are not guaranteed. In the natural pools you can swim near the starfish and watch them, but touching them is prohibited.
Who cannot take the VIP Saona Tour?
It is not suitable for pregnant women, people with severe back, hip or knee pain, or wheelchair users. Only small bags are allowed: the crew may refuse boarding if you bring suitcases.
Can I book a single seat?
Yes. You can book and travel from one person; if there are more bookings that day, you will share the van with other passengers. Each departure runs from one paid passenger.
How is my booking confirmed?
With payment. You fill in the form, pay for your seat online by card or PayPal, and your booking is confirmed as soon as we verify the payment; we then message you on WhatsApp with the pickup details. If you prefer a bank transfer, request the details on WhatsApp and your seat is confirmed once we verify the transfer.
